Print Return Labels
Activate this option if you want to create return labels.

Download in “My Account” section
Activate this option if you want customers to be able to download return labels in the “My account” section, if the order has reached the status “completed”.

Return Address

The corresponding return address must be entered here if return labels should be created. The fields marked with * are mandatory fields.

Please note:
There is no return label for international shipping!
