With this module you can send your customers who haven’t placed an order for a long time a coupon as an incentive to buy and, ideally, win them back as customers.

Attention: The module uses the coupon function of WooCommerce and only works if the coupon function is activated in WooCommerce.

Guests
If the “Guests” option is deactivated, only registered customers will receive the coupons.
After activating this option, the coupons will also be sent to guests.

Registered Users – All roles
If this option is activated, all registered users, regardless of their role, can receive a coupon.

Roles
If the option “Registered Users – All roles” is deactivated, the “Roles” field can be used to specify which roles should receive a coupon.

Permalink Exclude new customers

This option appears if you also use the “New Customer Coupon” module from Salesman.
To avoid new customers receiving both a coupon from the “New Customer Coupon” module and a coupon from this module, you can exclude new customers from receiving coupons from this module by activating this option.
