Permalink Conditions

In the “Conditions” section, you can specify which criteria must be met for the referrer to receive a coupon.

Order status
Here you can specify the minimum order status required for the referrer to receive a coupon.

• Immediately after purchase
  If you select this option, the coupon will be created immediately after the purchase.
• Order status: Processing
  If this option is selected, the coupon will only be created when the order status “Processing” has been reached.
• Order status: Completed
  With this option, the coupon will only be created when the order status “Completed” has been reached.
• Order status: Completed + X days
  If this option is selected, the coupon will only be created when the order has reached the status “Completed” for a certain number of days.
• • Amount of days
    In this field you can specify how many days after reaching the order status “Completed” the coupon will be created.

Minimum order amount
Specify the minimum order amount an order must reach before the referrer receives a coupon.

Permalink Coupon

In this section you can specify the discount type, the coupon amount and the options for the coupon.

Discount type
The discount type determines whether a “Fixed cart discount” or a “Percentage discount” is granted.

Coupon amount
The coupon amount determines the value for the “Fixed cart discount” or the number of percentage the “percentage discount”.

Allow free shipping
Check this box if the coupon grants free shipping. In ythe WooCommerce settings a free shipping method must be enabled in your shipping zone and be set to require “a valid free shipping coupon”.

Days after the coupon expires
Enter the number of days after which the coupon expires. If you enter zero, no expiry date will be set for the coupon.

Minimum spend
Enter a minimum order value (subtotal) in this field that is required to use the coupon.

Maximum spend
Enter the maximum order value (subtotal) that is allowed for using the coupon.

Individual use only
Activate this option if the coupon may not be used together with other coupons.

Exclude sale items
By activating this option, you can exclude products that are on sale.

Products
Here you can limit the coupon to certain products and specify which products must be in the cart for the “Fixed cart discount” to be applied.

Exclude products
The products selected here are excluded from the coupon and are not allowed to be in the cart so that the “Fixed cart discount” can be applied.

Product categories
The coupon is valid for products that are assigned to the product categories selected here.
Products with these product categories must be in the cart for the “Fixed cart discount” to be applied.

Exclude categories
With this option you can exclude products that are assigned to the categories selected here from the coupon. Products in these categories are not allowed to be in the cart so that the “Fixed cart discount” can be applied.

Usage limit per coupon
In this field you can enter how often the coupon can be redeemed.
