Is there a test version / demo?

Yes, on request we provide a backend demo where all functions can be tested in advance. Please contact us at Support.

Is demo content available?

Yes, it’s been possible to import demo content since version 1.0.2. You can use our Demo Importer to install content from the demo shop. To find out how, please refer to our Import Guide.

Do you offer a child theme?

Yes, we do offer a child theme. You can download it via your user dashboard</a.

Can I change the position of the sidebar?

Yes. You can adjust the position of both the blog sidebar and the shop sidebar. You’ll find the corresponding settings under Design -> Customizer -> Blog (blog sidebar) and Design -> Customizer -> WooCommerce -> Product Catalogue (shop sidebar).

I don’t seem to be offered any updates. What should I do?

If you own an active license and have entered your license key in your WordPress backend but are still not offered any updates you can download the current version of the theme via your user dashboard.

My menu or shopping cart cannot be operated correctly, why is that?

Please set a higher value for the header height and, if activated, also for the sticky header height.
Go to Design -> Customizer -> Header -> Main Header and adjust the height there.
For the Sticky Header you will find the setting under Design -> Customizer -> Header -> Sticky Header.
The height is set correctly if the separator lines between Navigation, Shopping Cart, Wishlist, Social Media Icons and Search are displayed over the complete height of the header.
