A license is always valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
If your license has expired, you are not entitled to updates, support or download of the product. Without updates, there is no guarantee that the outdated version you may be using of our product is compatible with the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce or PHP. If you are using an outdated version of German Market, we cannot guarantee that all of the current legally relevant functions are implemented correctly.
If your license has expired for more than 30 days, you can no longer purchase a cheaper renewal, a new license must be purchased.
A license renewal is possible from 30 days before to 30 days after the license expiration date. Within this period you can renew your license via your Use -Dashboard.
A license renewal is possible from 30 days before to 30 days after the license expiration date. Within this period you can renew your license via your User-Dashboard with us. If this period has not yet been reached, you will have to wait. If your license has already expired more than 30 days, you cannot renew it, you have to buy a new one.
In this case a new purchase of the license is necessary.
It is not a subscription, so the license is not automatically renewed. A cancellation is therefore not necessary.
If you move your WordPress environment to a new domain and you see that our products have exceeded your domain limit, you can do the following:
On your old WordPress installation (if you still have it), delete the license keys for our products.
Afterwards you visit your User Dashboard. There you have the possibility to delete the used domains for each license. Delete here the domain you no longer need.
Afterwards you can enter your license key on the new WordPress installation.
If you have a currently valid license, you can purchase an upgrade to the next larger license via your User Dashboard. You only pay the price difference. The duration of the license is not extended.
If you do not see an upgrade button in the User Dashboard for your product, it is probably because your license has already expired. To upgrade a license, it must be valid.
