Using the “POS-Vouchers” feature, vouchers can be purchased directly in the offline store and redeemed on a local basis.
You can find the “POS-Vouchers” function either directly via the admin bar in your backend or via “WooCommerce -> Vouchers (Printy Coupons)”:

You can check whether the voucher is still valid and what the value of the voucher is before redeeming it. Our value vouchers can be used several times until the amount is balanced.

The feature also shows the remaining value of the voucher. If a purchase is made in a store, the voucher can be redeemed directly:

After that, the residual value will be reduced to the remaining amount or the voucher will become invalid if it has been redeemed in full:

If you would also like to allow your customers to purchase vouchers directly in the store, a voucher can be created using the “Create new coupon” option. Please note that this is separate from your orders in the onlineshop. This means that you must charge the customer for the voucher via your checkout system, as no order is created in WooCommerce for this, just like when purchases are made locally with a voucher.

It’s easy to create a voucher: Simply enter the amount you want the voucher to be worth and the validity period (if you enter “0”, e.g. “0 Years”, the voucher will be valid unlimitedly):

After clicking on “Create”, the voucher is created. You can now either send the voucher code to your customer manually or use the “Print / Send per email” option to easily send the voucher to your customer by email or print it out directly in the store:

To do this, select the template that you have previously created for POS dispatch, see “POS-Voucher Template”, and can now either generate the PDF file via “Print” or enter an e-mail address and send it to the customer via “Send per Email”:

The created voucher can be found in your WordPress backend under “WooCommerce -> Vouchers (Printy Coupons)”.
