Buy and redeem vouchers

Once the product has been created (see here), the voucher can now be purchased by customers in the onlineshop.
Product page
Depending on the configuration of the voucher template, details such as voucher value, sender, recipient and a personal message are either requested as required fields, provided optionally or, depending on the setting, not displayed at all.
Checkout
Voucher e-mail
The customer receives the voucher as a PDF attachment by email as soon as the order has been set to “Completed”. The “Voucher (Printy Coupons)” email can be activated and configured under “WooCommerce -> Settings -> Emails”.
Send voucher e-mail again
Within the order under “Order actions”, the shop owner can send the e-mail with the voucher to the customer again:

The customer also has the option of downloading their purchased voucher on the “My account” page:
Permalink Redeem vouchers
Customers can redeem their vouchers during the order process in your online store. If there is a remaining amount after the purchase, this remains on the voucher and can be used for future orders. This is also displayed to the customer at the time of purchase:

You can find all created vouchers in the menu “WooCommerce -> Vouchers (Printy Coupons)”.
Voucher Code
Displays the voucher code.
Voucher Amount
Here you can see the value of the voucher. You can also view the remaining value of each voucher here.
Purchase Date
Shows when the voucher was created/purchased.
Valid until
Shows the validity of the voucher.
Voucher
The voucher can be downloaded as a PDF here. This is only possible if the voucher was purchased via the online store. If vouchers were created via “POS vouchers”, they can only be downloaded here if the voucher was printed or sent by e-mail when it was created. In these cases, a template assignment is required.
Activities
Activities such as the creation of vouchers via POS vouchers or the redemption of vouchers are output here.
Overviews as Excel export
Under “Download Overview” you can download a complete Excel file with all vouchers. You will also find an overview of all activities under “Download Activities”.
