Hi,

We would like to get some detail information about this plugin. Yesterday we were checking it but today it showed the ‘page not found’. Can we use your plugin and get the following flow well?

I needed this:

- adding products to basket
- registering as a new customer, or login as existing customer or ordering as a guest (radio button choosing or similar)
- billing/shipping address to be filled in
- choose payment method
- order summary with billing/shipping address and chosen payment method (this is to be only for your customer to have a last look at what he entered). Like an overview to see mistakes etc. He can’t enter changes in here though. He would need to go back to change them .

We need more detailed information about your plugin.

Hi Olaf,

We have bought this plugin already and implemented it in our website. Our site has both the versions, German and English. we have activated the plugin and everything works fine for German language. However, we are unable to find option to configure pages for English versions. Can you please guide us on how to make this plugin to work with English version of site?

Hi Amit,

at the moment the german market plugin does support any other language than german. But we are currently working on a solution to fix this in one of the next updates.

Hi Andre,

Thanks for your reply. Is it possible to tell me, when you can come up with this solution. As I understand, there are many immigrants living in Germany, who are still learning German but their working language is English. Also we will get traffic from other european countries and worldwide, who likes to use the English version of the site. And, we found it difficult to do hard coding for the English version’s Summary Page. My request to you is, if the ‘patch’ is already developed, can you please send that to me, so that I can integrate it with our website and check whether it works or not! We need to launch this website soon!

Hi Andre,

We are in trouble and that is why I need to write to you repeatedly. As you said, “you are currently currently working on a solution to fix this in one of the next updates.” May I kindly ask you when this ‘update’ will be available? It is a serious concern here, that your plugin does not work for multi-lingual websites. Which is a big problem for us, and we had no idea about it before we bought it. Do you think you can be kind enough to help us out from this situation?

There is no documentation or support available so far, so we are unable to make the Checkout summary page in English, it is the concern of this hour! I hope you can understand and reply without much delay.

Hi Andre,

Thanks a lot fr your reply. Much appreciated. Can you please send me a link to download the patch, so that we can install the same? Also, in future we may add other European Languages like FRENCH, ITALIAN, SPANISH etc, so you think this patch will work fine with those Languages as well, I mean to say the checkout summary page will appear in all these languages and also in English, as we need it now?
